Standard Operating Procedure- Export 1. Order taking Order sheet will be completed by the customer Customer confirmation will be attained to commence purchase 2. Purchase execution Units purchased must come with clear log card and deregistration certificates. 7 photographs per unit must be taken for customer report. This includes the front, back and side panel, the engine area, interior front and back as well as dashboard to reflect mileage. Maximum mileage of units purchased must be limited to 80,000 km. Spare keys of units will be labeled and submitted to office immediately. Units must be ready 72 hours prior to shipment for interior adjustments and cleaning. Prior to packing, vehicle checklist form will be completed and endorsed by purchaser. All checklists will be sent to customer for unit condition confirmation. 3. Shipment Booking confirmation will include invoice, photographs and log card copies. All documents will reach Shipper and Customer for arrangements. Upon receipt of 50% deposit, packing will execute shipment 3 days grace period will be given to shipper for document submission to local authorities. Within 7 days post shipment, original log cards and deregistered documents will be sent via courier to customer along with spare keys of units shipped. 4. Accounts 7 days prior to vessel ETA, upon receipt of balance payment, original BL will be cleared and couriered to Customer. Receipt acknowledgement will be issued to Customer. 5. Other notes Time difference between customers’ base and Singapore to be considered when making procedure arrangements. Units must be started and tested for complete condition of mechanisms before packing to ensure functionality perfection. Multiple tier inspection process practiced.
